HOTEL POLICIES

Guarantee Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at check-in. Reservations will be held for 12 hours after scheduled arrival time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You are able to cancel your reservation 24 hours before arrival without any penalty, unless it is a non refundable reservation. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your arrival, the card on file will be charged for one night’s rate. No refunds. Please note, however, that there may be stricter cancellation rules related to: group rates, special promotions, or city events. Please refer to your reservation details or call the hotel with any cancellation-related questions.

Deposit Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be authorized pre-arrival to ensure validity, however, no deposit will be taken with the exception of an Advanced Purchase Rate. In this case, the entire amount would be charged and is non-refundable.

What time is check in and what time is check out?

Check in time is at 4 pm, and check out time is 11 am.

Can we request an early check in or late check out?

If a late check out is requested, there may be an additional fee, and this is based on availability.

Is parking available at your hotel?

Self-parking is available in a nearby parking garage for $59/night. The cost of self-parking will be charged to your room at check in. The front desk will assign parking to your reservation at check in and will direct you to the correct garage.

Parking is available from 12 pm (the day of check in) until 5 pm (the day of check out) with unlimited in/out privileges.

Is there a restaurant on site?

Yes, we have two dining establishments at the Ivy. Divine Lounge is our lobby lounge and bar located on the ground floor. Sky Terrace Rooftop Lounge is our rooftop terrace and is open seasonally. Visit our Dining Page for more information.

What is your smoking policy?

Our hotel is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to a fine. Smoking penalty of $250 will be assessed.

Can I bring my pet?

Ivy Hotel does not allow pets.

How do I store my baggage prior to checking in or after checking out?

For your convenience, if your room is not ready upon arrival we will store your bags safely. If you need to store luggage after checking out, we would be happy to hold it for the entire day/evening of your departure date.

How close are you to The Magnificent Mile?

The Ivy Hotel is 0.2 miles, a 4 minute walk, from the Magnificent Mile.

How close are you to Navy Pier?

The Ivy Hotel is 0.7 miles, a 15 minute walk, from Navy Pier.
